Our Certification Services 

 

We have decided to establish a different approach with our 12-18 month program.  Each client is evaluated  where they currently are and we create strategies to help to achieve their goal in a timely manner.

 

During the evaluation we review their credit report, their debt to income ratio, personal/business credit available as well as cash flow!

 

Our clients are enrolled in the credit restoration program so they will be able to obtain funding at the end of the rental purchase agreement.

 

They must also attend a financial literacy course to ensure they understand credit, debt, insurance as well as the major investment they are about to make. Far too often families are unprepared for the responsibilities associated with home ownership.

 

We have connected with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, real estate investors as well as home owners to provide our cients with quality homes. Since we began in September of 2014 we have had eight families to find homes in our program.

 

 

Credit Restoration Services

 

 Our clients are enrolled with United Credt Services.  This program gives the client a real time view of their progress as well as affords their preferred lender to share so that when the reach the magic number to begin the mortgage process, the ownership begins. 

 

We also work with the accounts on their credit report to eliminate the debt and to increase the cashflow for down payment as well as insurance.  It is our goal to prepare the client with the necessary tools to lead a financially sustainable life. 

 

 

Financial Education Program

 

Our clients are engaged in a comprehensive financial education program that is interactive as well as life rewarding.  It is our intention to have 100 families graduate from our program to have more sustainable lives.  Our teachers have been trained for their audience and are prepared to elevate, educate and empower.
